Hello everyone. Just started and hope to get rid of a stone or so. Since the menopause all the weight had fixed on to my tummy and feel fat and frumpy. It seems to be a battle that I can't win so joined up to have another go. I also have high cholesterol so that is a big incentive to lower my figures. It seems a very friendly site, I feel have lost the will a bit and need help from people who know what I am going through. I also have Fibromyalgia and I am taking a lot of medication which has made me gain weight. Help please!!

Welcome, I hope you find what you need in this community. Start by dowloading an app on your phone to keep track of calories (Fat Secret, My Fitness Pal...), it's a great aid! Good luck!
