Welcome, I hope you find what you need in this community. Start by dowloading an app on your phone to keep track of calories (Fat Secret, My Fitness Pal...), it's a great aid! Good luck!
Welcome to the group. Really helpful supportive people on here. Download the nhs 12 week plan its easy to follow and fit into your lifestyle, you have obviously started with the exercise so keep it up, im sure you will reach your goal. Best advice is to take it one day at a time, set smaller goals to aim for and to remember we all have bad days its about how you deal with it and keep going that makes the difference. All the best
