Its been tough, but great today. I feel like i finally broke some ground. I lost another kilo this week. So what works is as follows :
1. Get the support of your family
2. Keep a food diary every day ( i dont bother counting calories )
3. In the food diary keep an entry of what went wrong ( if it did )
4. Try and do better on the slips the following day
5. Weigh myself evryday
6. Treat myself on Friday
