Having had a look at this today, it looks very supportive and helpful... I am one of these people that loves exercise when I do it but I find it hard to actually maintain it. I used to keep fit all the time but since starting Work full-time I find it so much more difficult as I am either to tired or I have other things to do when I get home. Being 18 most of my friends are fit and healthy and in good shape so I find it hard to work with someone as none of them maintain exercise any longer. My boyfriend helps but where he's currently studying at University he does most of his exercise during the day so when I get home he cant really come with me and plus he's at a different level of fitness to me.

Hi, have you considered a workout in the morning ? morning workouts really give you an energy boost and a positive feeling throughout the day.
take a look at "couch to 5k". It's a nine week plan to enable you to run for 30 minutes. You can train any time, by yourself or with your BF, and no need to join a gym.
