Resisted temptation

Big celebration in office today as company secured funding for remainder of the year so lots of gooey cakes in the canteen for staff - but I resisted. I went out for a walk to town to collect something and did not enter the kitchen. Feel like that was a major result.

I know it's early days but feeling positive just have to face evening meeting where there will be sandwiches etc. Need to focus on goals.
