Exercise wise week 1 was good. 4 exercise sessions, 3 at the gym and 1 at the swimming pool. Hope to continue that in week 2. What I've eaten hasn't been that bad either, compared to what I used to eat.

well done ! ive managed four walks and will go again today, more than last week, antibiotics are working so able to do more, hope to swim on Friday.weigh in tomorrow, eek !
