Hiya guys... better late than never....

.6 of a pound down... not a great loss but a loss all the same....

was getting a little down hearted with little losses.... but a little is better than nothing at all....

You may have a little loss one week but a big loss the next, but as you said a loss is a loss no matter how little it may be! Keep it up. :)

A loss is a loss, and maybe you have lost more in inches, which is even better. Have a good week 9!

A loss is still a loss and the closer you get to your goal the harder it will be to sustain bigger numbers. Youve done really well so be proud of yourself
