Well I've almost made it through week 3 somehow. Not been the best emotionally but I carried on. I have to do this so I can be @ my best. So I haven't lost any weight but I haven't put any on which considering my week is pretty good! Hope you guys are having a better time of it. If we stick together we can do it! xx

Hi Wombat, sorry to hear you had a bad week hope you feeling a bit better now. It was my middle son's 12th birthday so I've had small slice of cake but twice over 2 days. I've tried to add them into my calories so hoping it won't have too much effect when I step on the dreaded scales tomorrow. But think positive! Getting back on track today and looking to the coming week. And least you didn't put any weight on. Some people have measured and found they lost inches not weight. We are all behind you for week 4. Stay positive, you maintained your weight that says you stayed on track. Re-focus on your goals to give you the motivation for the coming week. Good luck
