Lost 1.75lb in first week,good but not great,I know I must not guess weights of food.Only another 98.25lb to go .

Thank you,yes I have already looked at my snack a jacks and realised they are 50 cals each,I must remember to check things I presume are low cal

Well done. I am sure with the support and strong determination you will achieve your goal. And absolutely, do check all your healthy snacks, many are they are not as healthy as state on the packet.

I noticed today a wrapper my daughter had left behind of a muesli bar (healthy snack) 130 cals. perhaps not very high but not as low as I had thought. And I believe the muslie bars you buy in certain store cafes are higher, so be aware.
