Well I weighed this morning and after a bad day on Thursday I was a little apprehensive, but I managed 2lbs, so not too shabby! Onwards and upwards! Going to try harder to control the snacking this week - may even attempt to eliminate it (brave words)

Well done 2 pounds is good, if you look at a pack of lard , that is a good way of visualising your weight loss. 1-2 pounds a week is a healthy loss, you are more likely to keep it off. Keep going 👏🏻
