Friday Weigh in.

Last week 13.1 st, this week 12.13 st so back on track after an over indulgent half term! Really excited to get to 12.10 st which will mean a total of 2 stone since Jan 2014. Then only another 2 stone to get to my ideal (healthy!) weight. A slow process but feeling much happier so well worth it. Hope everyone else's week is going well.

Brilliant, well done ... Half term always puts a spanner in the works!

I tend to relax over every school holiday and most weekends but if I didn't then I would have given up by now. I just think of it as a general lifestyle change rather than diet.

Well done for getting back into it!! I've realised that it doesn't really matter how slow the process is as long as the weight is coming off and you're enjoying the feeling of getting healthier :)

Thank you, yes exactly! I tend to relax at weekends and school holidays so loss is slower but I just think of it as a lifestyle change.
