Hey first step is to make healthy food choices thats half the battle, with exercise anything that gets your heart rate up will help, ever watch the biggest loser? Ive seen people on their who injure there legs so can put pressure on them still lose alot of weights. Google upper body workouts, shadow boxing is great too. Would it be possible to build up the amount of steps you do? Increase your walking as you get fitter? All the best

Im really happy with the changes in myself since starting this 17 weeks ago lost 41lbs so there is light at the end of tunnel when i started this my fibro caused me lots of pain, but so much more manageable now. Still have about 6st to lose but never felt better
Swimming is good exercise. My local swimming pool also has Keep Fit classes in the water, so you can get a work-out without damaging your joints.
Getting the food right is the most important thing, cook from scratch if you can.
