its been hard most weeks but its been worth it so far
I know this is hard, on the same road as you mate. My weigh in is tomorrow and I am keeping my fingers crossed for at least 2lbs this week as I have really worked out hard in the gym all week. My loss so far is 20 lb in 6 wks. Here's hoping all our efforts pay off

Well done Steve, that is great news. 22 lbs is a fab loss. I'm in week 4 and have only lost 5 lbs, I have ally to loose and I've been surprised with how slow it is, but I'm not giving up. Maybe this is the week it will drop off me! Lol. Really pleased for you.

not so good this week hope yr doing well
I've had a bad week too and away this weekend for a family party! I've just eaten too much and not exercised enough. I'm feeling weighed down not just weight wise but emotionally too. Which for some reason makes me feel starving hence the over eating mainly fruit and some not so healthy foods. Any ideas on how help me get back on track?
i,ve been caught out twice this week being out for to long and had no food with me so had to have some bread witch i have,nt had for 8 weeks plus this week i have,nt had the mind to diet not had any other junk food just had lots more food each day dont know y just have so not looking forward to tonight weigh in. so i,m going to kick my arse and start again tomorrow . as for you the only thing i car say is think how good it felt when loosing weight and do the same as what worked then
