Hi all, thought I'd share this recipe. I must admit my downfall is takeaway food, and this dish is just as good but with less calories!
Ingredients:
2tbsp vegetable oil
125g mushrooms, sliced
1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
125g broccoli
1 carrot, sliced
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp rice vinegar
1tbsp oyster sauce
300g ready to use medium egg noodles
Method:
Cook the veg in the vegetable oil (2-3 minutes)
Add in the soy sauce, rice vinegar and oyster sauce and noodles and heat through.
This dish serves 4 and has 170 calories per portion.
