Well I weighed myself this morning (albeit on crappy old scales, must get digital) and I haven't lost an ounce!! I really thought I would have as I feel good, not bloated any more, more supple and lighter on my feet (and my tummy seems flatter!) .
HOWEVER...not a problem, the first week is usually slow for me and I'm MORE concerned about my 'lifestyle' change not losing 'x' amount lbs every week...as I've said already. Main thing is I feel better, look better (that's a plus!) and I'm not drinking wine and eating huge amounts of cheese!!!! BRING ON WEEK 2!

Good for you.. right attitude to take.. you ARE healthier.. dont get hung up on ' small' weight differences or NOT week on week.. what COUNTS is long term..
Thats a great attitude to have, as feeling better is so much of a bonus, im sure the weight loss will catch up so keep up the good work and stay positive. Your making great positive changes to your life
You haven't gained either... so that means your body is adjusting to the changes, and if you have lost inches then you have lost fat and it will show on your scales in a few days. You'll see! It's science!
