After getting weighed this morning I now know I am 12 stone 5lb and are officially over weigh. I just love food but my weight just seems to be creeping up and up without me realising!! So here goes...day 1 x

I sympathise with you. this is how life has been for me - just that creeping up weight. Good luck for this week. I have only just started so will follow you. I am 12st 12 so similar.

Hi I started at same weight three weeks ago and have now lost 4 pounds. I have been counting calories, trying not to go over 1400. Hit the chocolate last weekend, my biggest weakness but back on track now. Good luck ....
