Stop it at once! Oblivion is going nowhere snd you need to be 'out there'. Just do it!
Same as me but you dated to say it! This always happens after a successful period. You get a bit tempted and gain some weight back, usually more than you deserve really! But take heart and get back on the metaphorical bike again and it will go again! Well done for owning up!

Don't worry, it's a journey, so you just got a little bit lost. Have a look at some of the choices you made and why and try to think of what you can do differently next time. For example, I learned last week (the hard way, lol!) that certain foods for breakfast set me up for day-long cravings to which I am not able to resist. Hence now I am trying to change my breakfast. Something along those lines might work for you too?
Try to work on the phrase "you cannot relax on this plan". If it feels like you have to constantly control yourself, then it's not going to be fun, and if it's not fun, it won't get done (note aside: still thinking about ways how to make toilet scrubbing fun. Anoyone?) Can you think of better/healthier choices which would still feel good to you, so it feels like you actually *can* relax on the plan?
