OH dear, try and have a drink of water or a home made fruit juice to fill you up.
Try distracting yourself or drink plenty of water to help you feel fuller.
Can take a while for the body to get used to eating smaller amounts, is there something low cal you could snack on between meals like cucumber/red pepper/celery to dip in hummous. Youve been doing well

Steve, change your picture back. I really liked it. (Here too feeling strangely hungry today. Maybe it is me getting used to 1400 cals after a naughty Friday.) Week 4 of the NHS plan has some advice on dealing with cravings (basically, jump on your bike). There are some super low-cal recipes (soups), maybe that could help. How about a hot broth/Oxo cube?

Try topping up on some protein and fat, it will keep you feeling fuller longer. An egg or two can be quite filling.

I was similar on Friday and had read the protein is more filling so had half a cooked chicken breast chopped up with a tiny bit of mayo (had covered the chicken in mustard & baked in foil). It was really filling. Low cal instant soups have helped me before. I've been listening to think yourself thin hypnosise cd with a journal too. I am so much less hungry now than I was at the beginning of Jan, feel full sooner and even leave food on my plate sometimes. I'm going for the throw everything at getting rid of this weight!
Your doing really well..try eating more porridge, homemade soups, salads, rice and cous cous..stay away from processed foods pies, pizza,ready meals..so high in salt and fat...
