I am on my third week and losing bit by bit. Is there anyone in the same position as me? It would be nice to be in contact,

Hi not quite 72 but I am disabled, need two new knees and my hands aren't the best. I've lost the stones since September, weigh in tonight, and still have several more stones to go.

Good luck Carole, keep posting.

Hadn't noticed the typo, it should be three stones. Only 8ish more to go. Know what you mean about wrinkles I'm the eldest of three sisters and everyone says I look the youngest. The other two are skinny and I've always been envious but as we get older I'm feeling more grateful. Having said that I would love to be healthier and not be quite so sore in my joints.
