When I miss a workout I start to feel very guilty about it and I start to beat myself up about it. I keep on saying to myself that I should have exercised and I just feel really bad when I miss a workout and I can't stop thinking about it either.

Feeling guilty
Hey dont feel guilty we all have bad days and small set backs, learn from it and move on. You can always add an extra 10-15mins on the next few workouts to make it up. If you beat yourself up you will only make yourself feel bad and its normally a defeatist attitude that has so many people falling back into old habits. Celebrate the small achievements and focus on the positive
I totally agree with the previous comment. The worst thing on a diet is to start torturing yourself about slipping up, as it'll lead you down the path of depression and anxiety. Remember that these emotions are increased a little when you are trying to lose weight, as your body adjusts. Always take control of it and remember that you can make up for it the next few days no problem. Better still, always aim to do extra exercise, so you can take a day off when you like.
Best of luck!
When I miss a workout or go to gym and the, day starts bad I will stop. I look at it as an extra recoop day. I exyra day to let my body heal. Look at it from the positive instead of the negative.
