Dinner time - Day 1

Well I had sweet potato and vegetarian sausages. I've never tried vegetarian sausages before but when they're so low in calories and high in protein I thought I'd give it a go.

I LOVED IT.

Took it slow rather than stuffing it in like I usually would and I feel so full and satisfied!

Was it quorn or another brand? I love quorn because it's also low in fat, but I usually buy whatever is on offer as it is all generally pretty healthy. Sounds like a great meal!! Hope you have had a successful rest of day! x

It was Linda McCartney veggie sausages! They were yummy! X

Hey well done, I had an omelette and a side salad. Was actually very nice x I have done 30 mins on the treadmill. Some jogging some walking. I'm going build up the exercise gradually x

Did not know veg sausages were low calories!! My family love sausage butties on a weekend & I normally have something much healthier, it's torture!! Will be looking for some on my next weekly shop... :)

They're lovely. I had Linda McCartney but some people say Quorn are nice too!
