I need help!

Hi - I am massively overweight and once again I am making an attempt to lose some weight, to try and add some fittness to my life and quit smoking! Hopefully I can make a difference to my life in some way shape or form.

I have so much to do but am really serious about this. All I am asking is that I can get a bit of support and encouragement from this forum to maybe help me along the way. I am happy to help others in the same situation - I have failed so many times. I just don't want to fail again!

I know exactly what you mean! I keep trying and failing with weight loss but this time I am serious, I need to shed those pounds!
