Is anyone else finding the cold weather is causing them to struggle, my first instinct is to hide under a blanket and stay there, strangely also making me want to nibble more. Im putting it down to your body using more calories when your cold, but thankfully so far havent given in and missed exercise or gone over my calories so a step in the right direction, in the past i wouldve said sod it ill start again when warmer and binged on junk food and stayed in as much as possible. So overall staying positive but really do hate this cold weather brrrr
