I'm 22, have a 15 month old so and can't lose weight. Before having him I weighed 90kg, which I know wasn't that good but I'm now 110kg and can't shift it. Any tips please.

Have you tried googling workouts that focus on your trouble areas? Jillian michaels does some great focused area workouts.
Also take a look at what you eat and see if you can substitute some higher cal items for lower cal items amd maybe increase veg intake.
Not sure if these will help as im just guessing really, but maybe long walks with baby in a stroller to increase exercise.
Wish you all the best
Give yourself time to get back in shape, and don't despair if the weight doesn't fall off immediately. Combining healthy eating with exercise will be the most effective, because it helps you to lose fat instead of lean tissue. Make time for breakfast in the morning. Eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day. Include plenty of fibre-rich foods such as oats, beans, lentils, grains and seeds in your meals. Include starchy foods such as bread, rice and pasta (preferably wholegrain varieties for added fibre) in every meal. Go easy on fatty and sugary foods, takeaways, fast food, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pastries and fizzy drinks. Watch your portion sizes at mealtimes, and the number and type of snacks you eat between meals. You can start to do some gentle exercise such as walking, pelvic floor exercises and stretching, as soon as you feel up to it. Many health clubs and community centers offer "mommy and me" classes that will let you incorporate your baby into your workout routine. But before you start any exercise program, get your doctor's approval, especially if you had a C-section. Also, if you have stretch marks, you can use body wraps for a toned appearance of your skin.
Don't think in terms of 'can't lose weight": believe you can. It is totally possible, as thousands of others have proved. It is not always easy though!
I am also forcing myself at the moment into the 'can' mindset. When you think of it, if you eat little enough calories, your body has no option but to lose the weight: it cannot defy the laws of nature (which is: not enough food = weight loss).
I don't even have children but have a jelly belly, which is even worse!
I waited till my little one was well over two to start getting fit. So you are right in identifying that it is probably not the best time to think of losing weight. And your little one is about to get very very very active!
If you do have any chance to substitute something for another: nuts for biscuits and fruit for cake, cooking with or without cream etc then go for it.
If you also have some chance to get more active then go for it. some workout classes near you maybe (depending on how much time you can spare outside the family home) ? or even embracing your little one's grueling routine and helping them learn those hop and jump moves by demonstrating it a lot.
To be honest, you are still in "take it easy" phase so anything you can do would be great for you.
