Ive been doing the 12 week plan and couch to 5k. Im on week 6 now, im feeling pretty good too.. ive lost a total of 13lbs and two inches around my waist. My family say they can see a difference, as my jeans literally are hanging off me. But I cant seem to see it, I do feel good when im out and about but its when I look in the mirror... I just don't look like ive lost anything...
Is there anything else I can try to help me lose belly fat?

I've lost 56lbs since January and although I'm 4 sizes smaller and people are amazed if they haven't seen me in a while I look in the mirror and can't see it . I have 25lvs to go maybe when I've got here I will keep going don't give up x
Hi Charlie you are doing great by the way, because you are so use to your body, you might not see the difference, but if your Jeans is loose on you, that is telling you something . Keep it up. Good luck.
Hi, well done on the weight loss! I understand how you feel though I was the same, but then I started to take weekly pictures of myself in the mirror on weigh day, and saw the difference myself, it was quite amazing.. Why not try that x
