Hi, does anyone know a good way/tool or reputable online tool for working out how many calories you are consuming? How much is in what food etc.? When I look at the back of food packs, should I be looking at energy or fat content, salt etc.? Any tips appreciated!
Calories: Hi, does anyone know a good... - Weight Loss Support

My fitness pal. I lose an average of 2 lb a week . Gives you all your nutrition and is easy to use.
MyFitnessPal every time. It's free and you can even scan in barcodes of purchased goods to get the calorie readings. I lost three stone using that (and 5:2).
The my fitness pal app hands down! You can set your calorie limit and track exactly what you eat, love the scan option and able to track weight loss as well as waist and hip size if wanted to its great!!!
It's best to cook from scratch whenever you can - you can control what you're eating. To count calories, fat, carbs etc in what you're cooking, there's an app called Cook & Count, then you can do any recipe you like and save it in your own digital recipe book. You can see the nutritional content in any weighed portion, or divided portions. Good luck!
I lost 3 stone with my fittness pal it's the best app by far got it on my phone and tablet so always with me would recommend it to anyone wanting to lose weight and its free
