I am finding the calorie counting so difficult....it's amazing how many "little nibbles" occur in my day, I am a grazer and I am being made aware of things I hadn't thought about until now. Onwards and upwards with the raw veggie nibbles....fruit etc.
Do you think it is acceptable to have dark chocolate in my calorie counting

I do most days and I've lost almost 2.5 stones since September - it's managing to only have a certain amount and count it within your calorie allowance that's the secret - if eating a little dark chocolate each day stops you binging on a shop full of Cadbury's Dairy Milk then it's well worth the calories
Hi I am a grazer too and now have less snacks but when I do it's usually fruit, humus, frozen grapes, ice lolly (few calls plus it takes ages to eat) or measured nuts/raisins. I have a bar of Aldi sea salt dark chocolate as my treats come about 6 in a packet for £1.39 ish 130 calls a bar.
