Hi everyone, just a quick question....
I decided to join the monday weigh in today.. I have been on this calorie counting diet for a week now, just starting the second with my fitness pal.... I was at the gym 5 times, really watched what I was eating and im quite active at work as im a cleaner so always on my feet...
So I stepped on the scales and I have lost 5.5 pounds.... I am happy with this as it is a good loss, however is it not too much too soon ?
Advice would really help to put my mind at rest
