Hi, tomorrow I go to be weighed for week 12. Every week so far I have lost weight and have lost 14.4 kg so far.. What worries me is that I don't want tomorrow to be an ending. I need to carry on for an awful lot longer and I worry that if I don't go and get weighed each week then I'll 'fall by he wayside' and not take it as seriously as in the first 12 weeks. I know what I'm like - I've done this before - lost weight, then got complacent, and put it all back on again. I REALLY don't want to do that, because I feel so much better as the weeks have passed. People are noticing and commenting, I have more energy now, I am fitter, I walk a long way every day, I feel slimmer and even had to buy new clothes for work. BUT, I feel like this is an ending, and I must not feel like this!! It feels like the end, I feel quite depressed. π₯ Stupid, aren't I? π

Well done on your weight loss, that's a lot! I'm on week 12 and have no intention of stopping. In the last 11 weeks I have learnt that this is a change in eating habits, and making the right choices. It's a lifestyle change. There is no way I have got to this point, feeling slimmer, healthier and more energetic just to throw it all away because the end of the 12 weeks looms! You don't mention if you have any more to lose or maintaining, but I have joined the Autumn Equinox challenge which will run for the next 11 weeks, and is something to look forward to and motivate me, do you fancy joining too?

I'm currently on wk 19 !!! I just printed out some new log sheets and carried on and reread all the weeks to refresh and i am part of the reboot challenge on here.
Why stop when it's obviously working. I believe that this plan is a lifestyle change not a diet !!!
Keep logging on the forum, share your stories, join in the challenges and weigh in on a Monday to keep you motivated. Don't do it on your own just because the 12wks are over π

Please don't feel stupid ,the journey takes as long as needed.well done.
You won't be alone - I'm doing a reboot starting next Monday, as I've been messing around the last few weeks. Just fasted Ramadan and gained 6lb and I also needed to lose 1 stone! So 20lb in total for me.
I'll be starting the 12 week plan , plus I signed up for the Equinox Challenge.
