New... just want to check!

Hi all

I have recently completed c25k and, inspired by the simplicity of that NHS plan, thought I'd start the weight loss plan now to try to start shifting some stubborn pounds before Christmas and a holiday I've planned for the New Year.

Could someone just confirm I've understood the plan correctly - it's essentially calorie counting with limit of 1400kcal/day, is that right? I'm afraid I've missed something!

I have cal counted using myfitnesspal before so will get back to that with this 1400 limit if that's the case.

Thanks and look fwd to joining you all on this journey!
