I'm the same! Just started yday. So far I've downloaded the 12 week weight loss plan, signed up to the communities on here for support and I recommend the NHS Choices C25k which will get you jogging 3 times a week, and the iTunes podcasts NHS strength to flex, there's 6 of them- just downloaded them last night. seems like a lot but it's not really we can do it!

I second that. Iv read a lot of advice in weightlifting sites my degree etc...i rarely see all the advice needed on your diet in one page. Okay it doesnt go into detail about essential aminos etc. but to keep it simple to the point that link is excellent. However i disagree like most people would...your diet isnt equally important....its 90% diet 5% exercise 5% willpower. Nobody got ripped eating mcds while going for a run.
