Ready meals.: Losing the guilt over not... - Weight Loss Support
Ready meals.
Musclefood stir fry meals are nice x
Don't feel guilty about ready meals! They can be a blessing to a busy person, and whats more, they are great for portion control! No going back for seconds....
I agree cooking from scratch in a perfect world is a lovely way to live, and can be fitted in on those days when time allows or guests are coming, but for days when time is short there are a wide range of calorie counted healthy meals available out there - so just choose wisely, and read the labels.
Some ready meals are excellent time savers/treats; we love the M&S count on us veggie ravioli (being vegetarians) - it's not something I would make myself and I 'make' the green salad I serve it with, no guilt whatsoever!
We love M & S too. It's good to be a wee bit indulgent. I must admit I've really enjoyed my food this weekind. Hope for a healthy loss tomorrow.
I've just prepared and eaten a chicken tikka masala from Aldi. The chicken was ready marinated and vegetables prepared so I only had to stir fry and add sauce. It felt home made but was ready prepared so best of both worlds.
Also Aldi are doing their own Slimming World meals, at 1.99 I bought one but haven't tried it yet.
Looks yummy!
