Weighing Machines Accuracy

Do weighing machines installed at local pharmacies (Boots) give accurate readings? Here for instance is my weekly weighing results - I started only three weeks ago.

First week:

Total weight: 83.6 kg

Body fat: 26.3 kg

Total weight: 82.0 kg

Body fat: 27.6 kg

I know I have lost fat, but that does not show up in the weighing.

Maybe you need to decide which reading you want to work with - weight or fat - ignore the inconsistencies between one and the other.

Hi, I used to check my weight there sometimes and stopped doing that cause of inaccurate readings.
