I lost 35lb leading up to my wedding last August, however I've now put that all on again
I really want to loose weight before my husband and I try for a second baby. My days always start well however after lunch hunger kicks in and I always fail massively. I don't understand, I've done it before why can't i do it again? Help!

Perhaps you are not eating enough for breakfast and lunch? Protein can be more filling than carbs, so maybe try eggs for breakfast and some sort of protein at lunch as well. My favourite during the early stages of my weight loss was hummus with celery & carrots and sometimes a couple of oatcakes or rice cakes. My hunger beating snacks are fat free plain yoghurt - such as Total or rice/corn cakes with peanut butter.
nhs.uk/Livewell/loseweight/..., Why not factor one of these into your daily calorie allowance to stave off the afternoon munchies.
I always eat bad stuff if I get too hungry so I try not to get to that stage.
It always seems harder when you are re losing weight and made all the more frustrating knowing you have done it. When you get hungry in the afternoon give yourself 30 minutes before you eat something, using this time to destract yourself e.g going for a walk or housework, if you are still hungry then have something, of its a craving it should have passed. Either way you wont for just given in and you have thought about what you want. Plus ypu might have burned some calories in the process! Good luck
