Yeah you do realise how long you have put it off when people ask you to do something physical :)

It doesn't get easier because you always push harder however if you did basics of what your doing now same distance intensity etc ull know it's easy...last 3 weeks iv gone up to 129kg from 100 on leg press......100kg is now easy** but I'm not on 100 I'm on 129 so I'm still feeling it haha

Well I'm just thinking I want this to be the last time I have to loose weight or tone up so I'm gonna keep going till I succeed x no matter how often I falter xx
