After 2 weeks of been very down ive finally done some decent exercise.Been out today and done 5 miles.feel much better in myself.Gonna keep my exercise up so i can get down to target weight.

Why not join the local Ramblers club - our local group has a wide range of walks to suit all at weekends as well as midweek. Walks are normally between 4 and 12 miles.
Great. I did about one hour's walk late afternoon, then another 1/2 hour plus later in the evening. Also did 10 minutes on the exercise bike, and a couple of minutes punching exercise.
If the weather is nasty outside then why not try the very excellent Lesley Sansone walking videos on YouTube. These range from one mile walks at around 15 minutes up to five mile walks. It sounds odd to be walking in front of your TV or computer but they're good fun and she's a really nice lady. I wear a little Fitbit Zip, a pedometer that links to your smartphone or computer, and that's a brilliant motivator for getting you moving. I aim at turning all the statistics green each day, 10,000 steps, five miles, more than 30 very active minutes, and sometimes that means pacing up and down my living room whilst watching the TV at the end of the day!
Thanks gingernut49 - followed your link and did the 1 mile walk. Excellent. Definitely going to try to build up to the 5 miles!
There is a running activity on WiiFit Plus, however you can also use it for walking.
