How many calories do you have?
It depend on how much u ate before and how much exercises u do I have about 1600 a day some time less some time more it good to have higher and lower day it keep your metabolism on its toes xx
Its going to differ from person to person. An app suggested I needed only 1200cals, nhs calculator said around 1400 to 1500. Even so, if you exercise or your job / kids keep you active your body needs more fuel, so your needs will be different each day.
I normally aim for 1500 cals a day, not losing a lot at the mo, another 4lbs off and i'll be happy , only 1/2lb this week, not really bothered that much to be fair, I tend to add up them on a daily basis, and out for a meal tomm, so that will be tough!
I go out for a cake about once every two weeks and don't worry about things then!
On a good week can lose 1lb a week, only 4lbs off my first week, all those months ago, before I lost 1st 12lbs.
Hi there, MyfitnessPal tells me I need 1200, and regular sites including NHS say 1500. So working with 1500 I seem to be doing well, but on the 1200 I struggle AND I have recently been exercising a lot. So you can imagine that I could get really demoralised when MYFitnessPal tells me I have overeaten and I'm in the red much sooner than other programmes. Confused.com lol. BUT I am completing the food diary as honest as I can remember it (often log twice a day), and it certainly shows where you are going wrong! And it's usually foods that I didn't realise had so much carbohydrates!
