Hi Stacey, I have followed the 12-week plan and lost 2 and a half stone. I have taken a break and managed to maintain and wanted to kick start. I spoke to my GP who prescribed Orlistat to assist my new plan. Naturally the weight loss slows down and I did not want to get disheartened to took this route to keep up a decent weight loss without going silly. It is a good product as long as you follow a healthy eating plan. These tablets do not mean you can eat what you want and you will still loose weight. Cheat and it could get messy! Good Luck to you.

u have eat 45 gr fat max evenly distributed across meals, you have to stick to a restricted calorie intake diet, max 1400 kcal. for women. use my fitness on iphone to track your calories &fat if u have access. if u eat > 45 gr fat the side effects will be unbearable. it works by ridding the body 1/3 of fat intake. it is working with me so far..
