After a very rocky, stormy and unsuccessful week the week before, followed by a better one last week...I am happy to say that I lost 2.6 pounds! I am now on week 7 and really starting to feel the benefits of the weight loss and increased health...not only in my body, but also in my mind...and My husband bought me the loveliest dress on Saturday as a treat for me...and it was a size 10...and it fits like a glove! Smiles all around! I am seeing how I lose on myfitnesspal...The weight loss graph might go up here and there, but all around...the arrow is pointing down...and I have found lovely delicious things that I love to eat that are healthy...Anybody like to share their favourite healthy thing so I can try some new treats this week? My favourite is a Banana and strawberry smoothie with skimmed milk...I also like cinnamon soldiers on a saturday for breakfast (wholemeal bread with cinnamon sugar grilled in the oven) and I love flavoured air popped popcorn.
