Where can I find recipes ?
What do you particularly want recipes for? There is a "change for life" meal planner app. I also search at bbcgoodfood.com, which lists calories for most recipes. Blogs are another good place to look (e.g. Skinny taste).
Hi DulcieLorna
I don't know my way round here yet, but if anyone has any good ideas for recipe's maybe we could build a post & share any tasty low cal ones
Thanks. I've looked out various low fat, Rosemary Connelly, and some others recipe books and set to cook some healthy tasty meals. I think soups are my best bet as a low calorie bowl feels filling - if I can resist the crusty roll and butter.
If you like a wide variety I would say check out jamie oliver's website, lots of fresh ingredients and quick preparation.
Also if you like quorn products as a high protein low fat alternative to meat then their website has lots of recipes you can follow also.
BBC Good Food Meals for One available on kindle or amazon. excellent selection of meals around 400 cal mark or less. There are heartier meals too. All cal counted. Worth a look.
Thanks. Just had a look at that and they look good. I can always double up for him as well.
i've found a website called 'Incredible Egg' gives calorie & nutrition content (easy & quick recipes)
Thanks. I am over the moon at the help and advice I've had.
