I am 54 years old, 5 foot 9 inches tall and weigh 90kg my ambition is to get back to the range of 75 to 80kg. I always put on weight over the winter but recently I am no longer losing it in summer.
I am also hoping to reduce sugar, white flour and fat which all I think contribute to my depressive mood.
I cant seem to shift any weight at all. I exercise 3 * a Week at Boot camp, and run or shall I say a slow shuffle from a to b , twice a week. I do eat reasonable well , not too much rubbish but i have demanding Job which keeps me on my Feet for 10 to 12 Hours a day , and sometimes food is the last thing on my mind. I am starting an eat clean challenge on Monday , I let you know how I get on . But far now, maybe we can keep each other going |||||||||||
Thanks for the support, nothing happened over the summer as by energy was spent on a obsessive romantic/sexual liason with a number of Young Ukrainian girls, mainly cyber based but at the end completely blew my confidence.

Check out the low GI diet the-gi-diet.org/lowgifoods/ - try to avoid processed food as much as possible - they have too much sugar etc in them and absorb into the body too quickly. You will feel less hungry eating complex carbs, it's true. I have lost well over 2 stone in 16 weeks with this and lots of exercise like walking, occasional swim and a little bit of resistance exercise. IT WORKS - just have patience abd believe in it. You can't kid yourself.
