Is the plan any good?
It worked for me. I lost 22 lb and have kept it off. Still got a few lb to go and working on those now. Other people are more disciplined than me & lost lots more.
My tips are to plan all your meals, don't get too hungry & use smaller plates.
Good luck and consider couch to 5 k for exercise. It's brilliant.
This is a great plan.
I started on the 4th December last year and have lost just over 3stones to date.
Here is what I have learnt:
Don't allow yourself to get hungry, I carry a bag a satsuma's around with me, just in case.
I personally find it easier to eat small meals, about 200 - 250kcals at a time, every couple hours.
I am now really into vegetable soups, and experimenting with all kinds of veg I never tried before.
Get onto the plan, you will not regret it.
Hi there, This plan is working for me too. I've just finished 12 weeks and have lost 15lbs, and I now have a healthy BMI again (first time in about 4 years). I used the principles of the plan, downloaded the pdfs and posted my weight here each week, and logged all my calories and exercise at myfitnesspal.com. This forum is very friendly, with lots of sensible advice and a great form of peer support. I encourage you to give it a go!
