A stone off at last.

It took 7 weeks of eating sensibly and excise 3 times a week and cycling rather than get the bus to lose a stone, worth it yes. Still got another half a stone to go then keep it off for good hopefully. I hope it gives people out there the fight to get of for good.

Took a lot of work and sweat and eating the right food. Never going back to how I was. I do hope you achieve your goals. Good luck....
