Monday and ready for the exercise!

Had my rest day Saturday and only walking yesterday and my muscles have settled back down my body feels so much better for it! And I'm feeling ready to go for it again, hoping to see a loss on scales this Saturday lets hope the rest day has worked!

Hi lowcal, thanks for the good luck :-) I could do with it ha, loved the walk yesterday was nice to get out. In the sun so did it again this morning followed by my workout so am feeling it now! Now sorting kids out and hitting the treadmill tonight!

A rest day certainly helps I find...plus a decent sleep! Doctor and gym staff always say that a rubbish sleep will not benefit a workout! Good luck! x

I certainly felt better after a rest day! Need to start listening to my body a bit more I think, a good sleep is hit and miss a bit at the minute with my 7 month daughter but started going to bed a bit earlier now I like to get no less than 7-8 hrs sleep
