Too LAZY..

I don't want to lose much weight, but i want to be slim like my mom and sister.I'm not very fat, only my face and arms are. Everyone around me keeps saying that I should be more active. I really want to be active and want to do exercises regularly. But I'm just tooo lazy. I wonder if there are ways to beat laziness.

My wife say the same to me, but I have come to realise that unless she wants to do it, forcing or pushing will only create negativity.

What is laziness? It could be just not motivated or mood swings due to food or food intolerances. Changing your food and drink intake could be more effective. Add in loads of fruit, veg, nuts seeds and legumes and gradually cut out as much processed food, meat and dairy as you can. Do this as gradually as you feel you can cope with. Fat goes on according to our genes, as far as I'm aware we cannot control where it goes on or comes off, but we can control where muscle goes on. Drink water regularly. Re exercise - start with walking a mile each day, then gradually build up, to two, three etc Then you may feel like jogging and gradually progress from there. Alternative do some exercise that you enjoy, dancing cycling or anything that raises your heartbeat over 20 minutes. If you enjoy it or it motivates you then you are more likely to be successful. Good luck.
