but can't help wishing it was more so that I was back in credit!
So I'm now on Week 4, and I'm mostly keeping to my calorie limit (1400 not the 1200 that myfitnesspal recommends). I exercise 5 days a week, although I had an MS relapse that started last week which threw me off my stride and I had to drop a couple of exercise sessions.
I feel like I'm back on track this week, despite still adjusting to my optical neuritis which has resulted in occasional double vision and light headedness.
Oh, and I now have no sense of taste. While I'm hoping that it's temporary, it is helping me to eat less. Eating's really not fun if you can't taste what you're eating! You've got to laugh!
Just thought I'd share this little snippet with you all, and I hope you're all doing well on your own individual journeys.

Well done, you should definately look at this positively. Your weight is now going back in the right direction. Well done for keeping active and not just giving up.
Thank you pinkymoo, your encouragement is much appreciated. Yx
I've been going between 13 stone 10 and 13 stone 12 pounds since the start of February, after losing about a stone since Christmas. I really need to get motivated again to keep eating healthily. At least I know I can maintain the weight loss I've made, rather than going back up again.
I got stuck in that groove last year. But I was not keeping a tally of my calorie intake. So I'm really hoping that now that I've recognised that I'll make some progress on this 12 week plan.
I'm sure that once you get motivated.again, you'll find your mojo!
