Hi I'm a 27year old female currently weighing 9 stone. Been 5ft 3 ideally I want to be 8 stone but really struggleing on how many calories to eat etc. I work out 5 to 6 times a week and my job is quite active please could anyone give me advice how to lose it thanks :)

According to the BMI calculator on this site you are a healthy weight for your height so it doesn't give a recommended calorie count for you to lose weight. If you look around the general advice in the 'getting started' pages it might help you .
