I've got LOTS to loose but we all start somewhere. 4lb list in 1st week, I need loose 3stone and Dr will alter my blood pressure medication.

We've tried lots of combinations of tablets but they all have done side effect. So here I come 42lbs (well 38now) off you go .

That's a good loss in your first week. It may seem a lot to lose now, but if you make little goals along the way it may help you to achieve it. Best of luck.

Well done dear. That is a good loss for your first week. You will probably have a few weeks with high weight loss at first, this is because your body is getting rid of water/fat, then you will stabilise into a more regular weight loss from then on. I wish you the best in reaching your target and look forward to hearing your updates too :D
