Time to get into action, feeling so sluggish and unwell. Constant headaches, gastric ulcer and palpitations.

GP diagnosed gastric ulcer, taken omeprazole and I think this is causing all these vague non-specific ailments. I know cholesterol is raised, maybe that's contributing too. I'm hoping a change of lifestyle will prevent any further rants. Not used to feeling unwell and it's been two months now.

Sorry to hear about the health problems. Hope your change of life style will help. Cutting down on white processed food, like sugar and white bread, should help to lower your cholesterol, as well as including things like oats and almonds.

This may be useful information too.
