I wasn't looking forward to this morning's weigh in. My sister had some important exam results on Friday and bought celebratory chocolate, then yesterday I spent the day with friends, which involved a meal out and negotiating afternoon tea! The my fitness pal app has kept me (mostly) on the straight and narrow though, and this morning I weighed in at 76.8kg - A loss this week of 1.2kg. Seeing as my target for this week was 0.5kg, I'm really pleased, and it's really helped to keep up my motivation levels.
I've noticed that although I'm keeping my calorie levels mostly below the level the app set me, my fat levels have been over more or less every day, so my target for this week is not a specific amount of weight loss, but to really focus on reducing my fat intake.
